Privacy
Plain language here, too.
Privacy policies are usually written to protect companies from you. This one is written so you actually know what happens with your information.
- What we collect
- If you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email, and message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects what you give it. That's it. We don't buy data about you, and we don't scrape it.
- Where it goes
- Form submissions and bookings land in our customer relationship system (HubSpot), where we use them for exactly one purpose: talking to you about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
- Cookies and analytics
- We keep measurement light and privacy-respecting. Our analytics count visits without tracking you across the web. Our CRM may set a cookie so that if you submit a form, we can connect it to your visit.
- If you write to us, we'll write back. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and anything you can subscribe to, you can unsubscribe from in one click.
- Your data, your call
- Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email us and we'll handle it. No forms, no runaround.
- Discretion, again
- The same rule we apply to client work applies to you: what you tell us stays between us. If you've read the rest of this site, you knew that already.
